  • 1 teaspoon of natural rice flour
  • 90 ml of breast milk* or follow-on milk
  • 1 small apple
How to prepare?

Cook by mixing water and rice flour in a saucepan.

When it reaches a thick consistency, remove it from the stove.

Once the pudding is warm, add the apple grated using a glass grater and 90 ml of breast milk or 3 measuring spoons of follow-on milk, and mix them.
