Artichoke and Apple Puree (+6 Months)

  • 1 small artichoke
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
How to prepare?

Wash the artichoke, trim the stem, and remove the outer leaves.

Keep the soft inner part and the heart (the soft part in the center of the artichoke).

Peel the apple and carrot, and cut them into small cubes.

Steam the artichoke, apple, and carrot until soft.

Use a fork or blender to puree the mixture.

Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil to the puree and mix well. Let the puree cool down.

Once it is warm, you can serve it to your baby.
