Baby Breakfast (+7 months)
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon of semolina
- 1 teaspoon of water
- 1 teaspoon molasses (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of unsalted curd cheese
- 1 teaspoon of boiled egg yolk
- 60 ml of breast milk* or follow-on milk
How to prepare?
Instructions
Boil the semolina in 1 tea glass of water (75 ml) and wait for the semolina to swell.
In a separate bowl, add the mashed curd cheese and egg yolk.
After adding breast milk or follow-on milk, you can add molasses if desired.
