Basil Asparagus Soup (+9 Months)

  • 100 g boiled chickpeas
  • ½ zucchini
  • ½ carrot
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
How to prepare?

Dice the onion and sauté it.

Thinly slice the asparagus.

Dice the chicken and boil it.

Add the sliced asparagus, chicken broth, and chicken pieces to the onions and cook until the asparagus is tender.

Once softened, gradually add the yogurt to the soup and stir constantly.

Blend the mixture and add the basil.
