Ingredients
- 1 celery
- 1 beetroot
- 1 carrot
- 1 potato
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ tablespoon semolina
- 1 cup beef broth
- Water
How to prepare?
Instructions
After chopping the vegetables, saute them in olive oil.
Add water and beef broth, then cook the vegetables until they become soft.
