Buckwheat Pilaf With Vegetables (+9 Months)

  • 2 tablespoons of buckwheat
  • 1 dessertspoon of olive oil
  • ½ carrot
  • ½ tomato
  • 1 tablespoon of boiled peas
  • 2 tea glasses of hot water
How to prepare?

After washing the buckwheat well, soak it in hot water for 10 minutes.

Roast all vegetables except peas in olive oil in a small saucepan.

Add buckwheat, peas and 2 tea glasses of hot water.

After boiling, reduce the heat and cook until the water is absorbed.
