Buckwheat Pilaf With Vegetables (+9 Months)
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of buckwheat
- 1 dessertspoon of olive oil
- ½ carrot
- ½ tomato
- 1 tablespoon of boiled peas
- 2 tea glasses of hot water
How to prepare?
Instructions
After washing the buckwheat well, soak it in hot water for 10 minutes.
Roast all vegetables except peas in olive oil in a small saucepan.
Add buckwheat, peas and 2 tea glasses of hot water.
After boiling, reduce the heat and cook until the water is absorbed.
