Carrot Baby Cake (+8 Months)

  • 2 egg yolks
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 1 small carrot
  • 2 walnuts
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
How to prepare?

Whisk together eggs, yogurt, and olive oil. Then add flour and cinnamon, and whisk again. Mix in grated carrot and chopped walnuts. Transfer the mixture to an ovenware and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. After the cake is baked, drizzle molasses on it.
