Cauliflower Schnitzel (+12 Months)

  • ½ medium-sized cauliflower
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
How to prepare?

Slice the cauliflower into thick slices with the stem facing downwards.

Crack and whisk the egg in a dish.

In another dish, add the whole wheat flour.

Dip the cauliflower slices first into the egg, then into the whole wheat flour, and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and the cauliflower is tender.
