Cauliflower Soup (+8 Months)
Ingredients
- 1 small cauliflower
- 1 small potato
- 1 small carrot
- 1 tablespoon rice
- 3 cups water
How to prepare?
Instructions
Wash all the vegetables and peel the carrot and potato.
Cut the cauliflower, potato, and carrot into small pieces.
In a pot, add water and the chopped vegetables, cook for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
Add the rice and cook for a few more minutes.
Blend the cooked vegetables and rice into a puree using a food processor or blender.
If the consistency is too thick, you can add a little more water.
