Celery Salmon Puree (+9 Months)

  • 100 grams of salmon fillet (boneless)
  • 1 small celery stalk
  • 1 teacup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
How to prepare?

Wash the celery stalk, peel it, and cut it into small pieces.

Separate the salmon fillet from its skin and cut it into small pieces.

Ensure all bones are removed. In a saucepan, add water and the celery pieces.

Boil until the celery becomes tender, which usually takes 10-15 minutes.

Steam the salmon pieces until fully cooked.

Put the cooked celery and salmon in a blender or food processor and blend until it forms a smooth puree.

Enrich the puree with olive oil.
