Chicken and Pea Soup (+9 Months)
Ingredients
- 1 cup of black-eyed peas
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour or oat flour
- A handful of fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper (optional)
How to prepare?
Instructions
Wash and clean the peas. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
Peel and dice the potato and carrot. In a pot, place the chicken pieces, diced potato, carrot, and peas.
Add enough water to cover them and cook until the vegetables and chicken are tender.
Stir occasionally during cooking and check the water level, adding more if necessary.
Add olive oil. Blend the soup. Let the soup cool down and serve it warm to your baby.
