Dried Fruit Balls (+8 Months)

  • 2 pieces of dried apricot
  • 1 piece of date
  • ½ tablespoon finely ground oatmeal
  • ½ tablespoon finely chopped walnut
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
How to prepare?

Place dried apricots and dates in a bowl.

Add hot water to soften them and let them sit for about 10 minutes.

Remove the softened apricots and dates from the water. Pat them dry thoroughly.

Blend the dates and apricots in a blender. Add oatmeal and walnut.

Mix oatmeal, walnut, and fruits until they form a homogeneous mixture.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add cinnamon, stirring to combine.

Arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Shape the mixture into desired sizes with your hands and place them on the lined baking sheet.

Let them rest in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
