Fruit and Semolina Puree (+6 months)

  • 2 spoons of semolina
  • 200-250 gr pumpkin
  • 1 tea glass of water (about 125 ml)
  • 1 tea glass of breast milk or follow-on milk* prepared with 4 scoops
How to prepare?

Let’s fry the semolina and water on low heat until it gets a little thick consistency. 

Then, let’s crush the pumpkin and apple with the help of a grater and combine them with the roasted semolina.

After warming up, let’s mix our breast milk or follow-on* milk into it.
