Oatmeal Pastry (+12 Months)

  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 15-20 pitted olives
  • 1 handful finely chopped dill
How to prepare?

Grind the oats into flour using a food processor.

Then add all the ingredients and knead well.

Divide the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper using a spoon.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown on top.
