Protein-Rich Pancake (+12 Months)

  • 4 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice grated white cheese
  • A handful of parsley
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
How to prepare?

In a deep bowl, whisk yogurt, egg, and salt thoroughly.

Add grated cheese, finely chopped parsley, and oil, then mix well.

Finally, add the flour and whisk until smooth.

If the consistency is too runny, you can add more flour.

Lightly grease the pan and pour the batter using a spoon, cooking on both sides until golden brown.
