Pumpkin and Spinach Soup (+6 months)
Ingredients
- 1 small zucchini
- 6-7 leaves of spinach
- 1 tablespoon of semolina
- 1 dessertspoon of olive oil
How to prepare?
Instructions
Chop the zucchini and spinach into small pieces.
Add water to cover and boil in a saucepan
After making sure that it has softened, add olive oil and semolina.
Strain through a strainer or mash with a blender until completely smooth.
Your baby’s soup is ready.
