Red Beetroot Soup (+8 Months)
Ingredients
- ½ beetroot
- ½ carrot
- ½ potato
- 1 tablespoon semolina
- Hot water
- Olive oil
- Onion and garlic
How to prepare?
Instructions
Boil the beetroot, carrot, and potato.
Saute onion and garlic in a separate pot.
Add the strained vegetables on top, saute a bit more, add water, and boil for 5 minutes.
Blend the mixture, add semolina, boil for a while, then turn off the heat, and add olive oil.
