Salmon Baby Meatballs (+9 Months)

Ingredients
  • 200 grams of salmon fillet (skinned and deboned)
  • 1 small carrot (grated)
  • 1 small zucchini (grated)
  • 1 small potato (grated and squeezed of excess water)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • A pinch of fresh dill (finely chopped)
How to prepare?
Instructions

Finely chop the salmon fillets or process them in a food processor.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped salmon, grated carrot, zucchini, potato, egg yolk, flour, and dill.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into tiny meatballs.

Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15-20 minutes.
