Salmon Meatballs (+9 Months)

  • 200 g salmon
  • 1 slice of medium-sized whole wheat bread (remove the crust)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 handful of parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • A pinch of black pepper
How to prepare?

Boil the salmon in water for 15 minutes and after blending it, take it into the mixing bowl.

Toast the bread in the toaster or oven until well dry.

After drying, blend and add to the mixing bowl.

Finely chop the parsley and add to the mixing bowl.

Add olive oil and spices, knead well and prepare round meatballs by breaking off small pieces.

Bake at 200 degrees on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
