  • 1 teaspoon of semolina
  • 150 ml of water
  • 90 ml of breast milk* or follow-on milk
  • ½ peach
  • ½ banana
  • ¼ pear
How to prepare?

Cook the semolina with water and set it aside to cool.

After it cools down, add breast milk or 3 measuring spoons of follow-on milk and mix them.

Finally, add the fruits you have grated on the glass grater.
