Spinach Soup With Milk (+12 Months)

  • 1 bowl of spinach
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 cups of water
  • Salt
How to prepare?

Saute the flour in butter. Add finely chopped spinach and carrot, mix.

Add water and stir until it boils, then slowly add the milk and continue stirring until it boils.

Add a bit of salt, then cook on low heat until the vegetables become tender.

Blend the mixture using a blender.
