Vegetable Potato Patties (+8 Months)

  • 2 medium-sized potatoes
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon finely ground whole wheat flour or oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • A pinch of dill (optional)
How to prepare?

Peel and grate the potatoes, carrot, and zucchini.

Lightly steam the grated vegetables to soften them.

Add the egg yolk, flour, olive oil, and finely chopped dill (if using) to the softened vegetables.

Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Shape small portions of the mixture into mini patties.

Lightly grease a non-stick pan and place the patties on it.

Cook over medium heat until both sides are golden brown (about 2-3 minutes per side).

Let the patties cool down a bit. Once they are lukewarm, you can serve them to your baby.
