Ingredients
- 2 Jerusalem artichokes
- 1 carrot
- 1 bowl of broccoli
- 1 potato
- 3 tablespoons of rice
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
How to prepare?
Instructions
Take the chopped vegetables and rice in a pot.
Add water to cover the vegetables and cook until they become soft.
Blend the mixture and, as a final step, add the olive oil.
