Veggie Meatballs with Quinoa (+9 months)

  • ½ medium sweet potato
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 thin slice of medium-sized whole wheat bread (remove the crust)
  • 1 tablespoon of quinoa
  • 1 egg yolk*
  • 1 dessertspoon of olive oil
  • 1 handful of parsley leaves
How to prepare?

Grate the potatoes, carrots and zucchini and squeeze out the juice.

Add quinoa, egg yolk, parsley and dehulled bread to the grated vegetables.

Combine all the ingredients and form small balls according to your baby’s age.

Spread the greaseproof paper on the baking tray and cook the meatballs you prepared at 180 C ͦ for 15-20 minutes depending on their size.
